All rules and regulations applicable to the City Cemetery shall
be in force and apply to all additions, including 7th Addition, as
recorded in 2023, except as they are changed herein.

All ground graves in all additions shall be sold in a single
row, in order, starting from one end and selling consecutively to
the other end. Columbarium niches will be sold, as requested, for
those walls already in place.

That portion of the Sixth Addition of the City Cemetery, lying
north of 22nd Street, described as Blocks 33, 38, 39, 44, 45, and
50, shall be only flat or level with the ground for both headstones
and footstones, and being known as the flat section.
