The City will construct and maintain primary electrical power
lines to customers outside the City limits which are located in the
area the City now serves with electrical current.

Where existing power lines are outside the City limits, but
are located in the area the City now serves with electrical power,
the City will, at the customer's request, take over the control and
maintain such power lines from the date of request.

The City will provide and be responsible for primary electrical
service including either a transformer or secondary power line from
a transformer in certain cases where more than one (1) customer is
on the power source and is located in the area.

The customer is to furnish and maintain all secondary service
lines from the point of delivery.

The rates for electrical power furnished outside the City shall
be those charged customers within the City limits.
