The Director of Public Works and
the Zoning Administrator, after consultation with qualified engineers,
may from time to time propose minimum construction standards for sidewalks
within the City of Bolivar, Missouri (including minimum repair standards
in those instances where sidewalks are cut or otherwise damaged) to
the Board of Aldermen of the City of Bolivar, Missouri. Upon approval
of such minimum construction standards by the Board, no sidewalk shall
be constructed or repaired within the City of Bolivar by any developer,
contractor or other third party except in strict compliance with such
standards.

The Director of Public Works and

of roads, streets, highways and alleys within the City of Bolivar,
Missouri (including minimum repair standards in those instances where
streets, roads, highways or alleys are cut or otherwise damaged) to
the Board of Aldermen of the City of Bolivar, Missouri. Upon approval
of such minimum construction standards by the Board, no street, road,
highway or alley shall be constructed or repaired within the City
of Bolivar by any developer, contractor or other third party except
in strict compliance with such standards.
