Any person convicted of violating
any provisions of this Chapter, for which a penalty is not specified,
shall be adjudged guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be punished
by a fine of no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment
in the County Jail not exceeding three (3) months, or both such fine
and imprisonment. Each day that any such violation continues shall
be deemed a separate offense.
