A.
The
City of St. John shall impose a sales tax of one-half of one percent
(0.5%) for the purpose of providing funding for stormwater control
and local park programs for the City of St. John.
B.
Upon
passage by the voters, all revenue received by the City of St. John
from the tax authorized under the provisions of this Section and Section
644.033, RSMo., shall be deposited in a special trust fund and shall
be used to provide funding for stormwater control and local park programs
within the City of St. John.
