A.
Legislative purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to afford a constitutionally
sufficient, fair and orderly administrative procedure and review in
connection with determinations by City officials which involve constitutionally
protected rights of specific persons which are entitled to due process
protection under the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
B.
Wis. Stats. Chapter 68 is incorporated herein in its entirety, unless
the City Council adopts amendments to this chapter which specify certain
portions of the statutory municipal review procedure in Chapter 68
that are not applicable because the City of Lake Mills has elected
not to be governed thereby.
