A Cultural District Committee is established. Said committee shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the Town Administrator and ratified by the Town Council in accordance with the Franklin Town Charter. Said committee shall hold regular meetings, provide oversight and management of the district, work to implement the Franklin Cultural District goals, and assure the Town meets requirements for continued cultural district status.
