No person shall, within the limits of said Township, discard,
deposit, throw or leave any wastepaper, tin cans, bottles, garbage,
waste or refuse of any kind whatsoever upon any parking place, street,
road, avenue, park or other public place or upon any lot or other
premises, except in receptacles or containers provided for such purpose.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall,
upon conviction, be punished by one or more of the following:
