The Township does hereby endorse its participation in the Delaware
County Consortium of Governments.

The Township does hereby endorse its participation in the Eastern
Delaware County Council of Governments.
A.
The Township
is hereby authorized to participate in intermunicipal agreements with
the local governments that form the Eastern Delaware County Council
of Governments.
B.
The Mayor
is hereby authorized to execute any document or agreement he deems
necessary to carry out the intent of this article.
