The Mayor of Upper Darby Township may only approve the plans for the subdivision and land use development of real property within the said Township of Upper Darby when authorized so to do by a majority vote of the members of the Council of Upper Darby Township at a duly constituted public meeting of the said Council.

The publication entitled "Delaware County Land Development and Subdivision Ordinance of 2016," together with all the supplements, changes, revisions, additions and amendments made thereto as of the date of this article, and all future supplements, changes, revisions, additions and amendments, as published by the Delaware County Planning Commission, is hereby adopted and enacted as the Upper Darby Township Land Development and Subdivision Ordinance and shall constitute Upper Darby Township's "Land Development and Subdivision Ordinance" for the purpose of and in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10101 et seq.[1]
