A.
There is herein imposed a charge on all sewage fees and charges as
determined, levied and collected by ALCOSAN to East Pittsburgh residents
in the amount of 25% of such bill. Hereinafter, the Borough Council
may reestablish or amend any of the fees, charges, licenses or any
other costs by simple resolution. ALCOSAN is hereby directed and authorized
to impose and collect such 25% charge on its bills to East Pittsburgh
consumers and remit the same to the Borough.
B.
It is found that this 25% charge is a reasonable approximation of
expenses of the Borough of East Pittsburgh in regard to is sanitary
sewage system.
