A. 
All owners of property leased for either residential or commercial occupancy shall annually report the name, home address and date of birth of all such residential and/or commercial building tenants. Every owner of said leased unit(s) shall be further required to submit a statement of the number of such rental units owned by him per building within the Borough of Green Lane. Such reporting shall occur by March 31 of each new year.
B. 
As tenants change from time to time during the course of the year, the owner of such leased property shall report such change within 30 days of each occurrence, regardless of the frequency of the occurrences.
A. 
The reporting required by this article shall be made to the Borough Secretary at the Borough Office, in the municipal building or at any other designated place.
B. 
The Borough shall provide forms to be used for the registration of tenants of leased properties within the boundaries of Green Lane Borough.
When the owner of real estate subject to the provisions of this article is a corporation, then the president of the corporation shall be the person required to make the reports mandated herein. When the owner of real estate subject to the provisions of this article is a partnership or other entity, all of the partners or all of the members thereof shall be the persons required to make the reports mandated herein.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate violation.
