Prior to the issuance, approval or renewal of any license or permit within the Borough of Woodbury Heights, the owner of that property wherein the business or activity for which the license or permit is sought or wherein the business or activity is to be conducted shall be required to pay any and all delinquent property taxes, assessments and/or water and sewer rents prior to the license or permit being issued.
Prior to any hearing being held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the Planning Board of the Borough of Woodbury Heights, all delinquent property taxes, assessments and/or water and sewer rents must be brought current.
Any license or permit issued or approved by the Borough of Woodbury Heights shall be revoked or suspended if the licensee or permittee becomes delinquent in his property taxes, assessments and/ or water and sewer rents beyond the current quarter. Said revocation or suspension shall take effect upon a resolution duly passed by Mayor and Council.
Upon the payment of all delinquent taxes, assessments and/or water and sewer rents, the license or permit shall be restored or issued upon the certification of the Borough Clerk. Further, upon payment of all delinquent taxes, assessments and/or water and sewer rents by an applicant to the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the Planning Board of the Borough of Woodbury Heights, said application shall be scheduled at the next regularly scheduled meeting of that Board subject to full compliance with any and all statutory requirements.
