An American Rescue Plan Act Fund is hereby created to receive
all monies received pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act. The
Finance Director shall issue periodic reports to the Town Council
detailing the amount of funds on deposit, and all expenditures from
the Fund. Said Fund shall be held, managed and administered under
the supervision of the Finance Director.
