The Borough of Rutherford shall establish as part of its Building
Department the services of a state-recognized on-site inspection agency
for the purpose of elevator and/or escalator inspections under the
guidelines of N.J.A.C. 5:23-12 in its entirety.
The Borough of Rutherford shall charge inspection fees as set
forth in N.J.A.C. 5:23-12.6 and the State Uniform Construction Code
Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27d-124.3.
