The Collier Township Municipal Authority ("Authority") will
reorganize at its regularly held meeting in February of each year.
At the reorganization meeting, the Chairman will appoint an
acting Chairman whose sole function will be the temporary chairing
of the Authority for the purposes of reorganization.
Once the Chairman is elected, he will then chair the balance
of the meeting at which there will be elected a Secretary, Treasurer,
Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer and a Vice Chairman, said
election to be conducted in the same manner as set forth above.
At the same meeting, the majority of the members present shall
appoint a Solicitor, a consulting engineer, a recording secretary,
an independent auditor and designate the financial institution at
which it will do its regular business. Additionally, there shall be
appointed a newspaper which will be the official newspaper for the
purposes of legal advertisements.
