The Pennsylvania Construction Code (Act 230-2004),[1] as adopted and as amended, allows municipal authorities to set standards for lateral connections located on private property and connecting to the public infrastructure owned by the Collier Township Municipal Authority ("Authority").

The Authority, on recommendation of its consulting engineers, has prepared sanitary lateral connection details for sanitary sewer lateral connections to the Authority system, and future extensions of the Authority. The attached Exhibit I and Exhibit I-A are hereby adopted as sanitary sewer lateral connection standards.[1]
