The discharge of stormwater runoff to sanitary sewers is prohibited.
All persons connecting to the public sanitary sewage system
shall provide adequate means for excluding stormwater runoff in the
event the connection is made to a sanitary sewer.
No person connected to a sanitary sewer shall connect any roof
drain or foundation drain or cellar drain thereto or permit any such
drains to remain connected thereto, nor shall he permit, allow or
cause to enter into any sanitary sewer any spring water or surface
water from any other source.
Combined sewers are not permitted within the Authority's service
area.
