A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ride any bicycle, tricycle, tandem or pushmobile or to skate on roller skates on any of the improved, paved or cement sidewalks in the Township of Middle in the County of Cape May.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ride and and/or utilize any skateboard or similar device on any of the improved, paved or cement sidewalks, walkways, driveways and/or established parking areas within any governmental, commercial and/or business area/zone within the Township of Middle in the County of Cape May.

C. 
A commercial/business property owner may permit the use of skateboards or similar devises upon a designated area of such property where persons, vehicles and/or the public do not have general access. Prior to granting such permitted use, the property owner shall notify the Police Department, in writing, clearly describing the commercial/business property and the designated area of such use, including all intended limitations.

Any person or persons who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each and every such violation.

Violation of this Article I constitutes a breach of the peace.
