It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to cause damage of any
kind to any mailbox situated within the confines of the Township of Middle.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prohibit any homeowner from
removing his own mailbox.
Any person or entity found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall
be subject to a fine as follows:

First offense: Not less than $400 nor more than $1,000; Second
offense: Not less than $700 nor more than $1,000; Third and each
subsequent offense: One thousand dollars and/or imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 90 days and/or community service for a term not to exceed 180 days.
