A.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Township of Middle.
B.
Consistent with N.J.S.A. 27:51-1, a person who is convicted of a
violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $1,000 for
each violation, and each day said violation is continued shall constitute
a separate offense. In default of the payment of a fine, imprisonment
in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days may be imposed.
In addition to a fine, a person who has been convicted of a violation
of this chapter may be sentenced to make restitution in the event
that a street, highway or any public property has been damaged by
reason of placement of a roll-off dumpster or roll-off container thereon.
