Township personnel employed in the titles of
Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police shall receive benefits
regarding the use, accumulation and pay-out of accumulated sick time
in the same manner as is provided to personnel subject to the collective
bargaining agreement by and between PBA Local 102 and the Township
of Saddle Brook as may be then in effect during the term of such employment.
Township personnel employed in the titles of
Superintendent of Public Works, Public Works Foreman and Sewer Foremen
shall receive benefits regarding the use, accumulation and pay-out
of accumulated sick time in the same manner as is provided to personnel
subject to the collective bargaining agreement by and between New
Jersey Employees Labor Union Local 1 and the Township of Saddle Brook
as may be then in effect during the term of such employment.
All other noncollective bargaining unit employees in all other titles not referred to in §§ 29-6 and 29-7 hereof shall receive benefits regarding the use, accumulation and pay-out of accumulated sick time in the same manner as is provided to personnel subject to the collective bargaining agreement by and between New Jersey Employees Labor Union Local 1 and the Township of Saddle Brook as may be then in effect during the terms of such employment.
