No person shall operate a motor vehicle on Sandy
Neck Beach except within marked open sections of the front beach off-road
vehicle corridor and on the beach access trail.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle on Sandy
Neck Beach without first obtaining a Sandy Neck off-road vehicle permit.
Any person violating this article shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $200 for each offense.
