The provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 et seq. be and they are hereby made applicable to the semipublic and private roads, streets or driveways in those places designated in Schedule XX (§ 236-48), and the various traffic regulations, as listed below, shall also apply:
A.
All vehicles must park only in designated areas and
between the lines provided.
B.
Handicapped parking. All stalls that are 12 feet wide
and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking signs) in the designated parking
areas are reserved for persons who have been issued the handicapped
parking permit by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
C.
Tow away. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct
or impede a normal flow of traffic; block entrances or exitways, loading
zones, oil fills, any grass areas or pedestrian walkways; or present
in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the
vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
D.
Penalty. Every person convicted of a violation of
this section shall be liable to a penalty of $25.
