The Board of Selectmen is authorized, pursuant
to § 4-124c of the Connecticut General Statutes, to form
and join a regional organization known as the "Connecticut River Valley
Council of Elected Officials" with those powers and for those purposes
set forth in §§ 4-124c through 4-124h of the Connecticut
General Statutes as the same may, from time to time, be amended.
The representation of the Town of Killingworth
to the Connecticut River Valley Council of Elected Officials shall
be the First Selectman.
