Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 46, Personnel,
adopted 6-6-2001 by Ord. No. 01:08.
The personnel policies and procedures that apply to employees and officers
of the Borough shall be those policies and procedures that are set forth in
the personnel manual that is to be adopted and modified from time to time
as needed by the resolutions of the Mayor and Council.
