The Albion Village Board of Trustees establishes a Planning Board of five members on this day of 1996.
The terms of the members of the Planning Board first appointed shall be fixed so that the term of one member shall expire at the end of the year in which such member was initially appointed. The terms of the remaining members first appointed shall be fixed so that one term shall expire at the end of each official year thereafter. At the expiration of the term of each member first appointed, his or her successor shall be appointed for a term of five years.
The Board of Trustees shall designate a member of the Planning Board to act as Chairperson thereof, or the Board of Trustees shall permit the Planning Board to name its own Chairperson.
The Planning Board shall have the powers granted by §§ 7-718, 7-722, 7-725-a, 7-725-b, 7-728, 7-730, 7-732, 7-734, 7-736, 7-738, 7-740 and 7-741 of the Village Law.
Any member of the Planning Board may be removed by the Mayor for cause after a public hearing.
The fee for the review of site plans by the Planning Board shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees on the fee schedule in the Village Clerk's office.
