A.
A mobile home court may be developed as a condominium
project.
B.
Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the
contrary, the requirements of single ownership of a mobile home court
developed as condominiums and the necessity of licensing thereof shall
not be applicable. All remaining provisions of said chapter shall
apply.
