No parking anytime. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to park or allow to be parked any motor vehicle at any time on the following streets:

Parking time limited. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to park or allow any motor vehicle to be parked for longer than the time limit specified on the following streets or parts of streets:

The Police Department of the Town of Middletown shall have the responsibility and authority to enforce the provisions of this article and to post the necessary signs to ensure compliance herewith.

Any person, firm, association or corporation who parks or allows to be parked any vehicle in violation of the above parking restrictions shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $50. Any person, firm, association or corporation who tenders payment of said parking ticket within 24 hours of receipt thereof shall be permitted to pay the minimum fine of $25.

A. 
Parking shall be prohibited a distance of 10 feet from both sides of any mailbox cluster within any residential district. A cluster shall comprise 10 or more mailboxes.
B. 
Any person, firm, association or corporation who parks or allows to be parked any vehicle in violation of this section shall be fined an amount not less than $25 and not more than $100.
