A. 
All applications and appeals filed with the Smithfield Zoning Board of Review shall be accompanied by a filing fee as set forth herein as well as the full cost of notice including mailing and advertising. This fee shall be payable to the Town and shall be submitted with the appeal or application. Until all applicable fees, charges and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. In addition to the foregoing fees, the applicant and owner shall promptly pay for any additional advertising or mailing required by the Zoning Board of Review as well as for any transcript which they may request.
B. 
Filing fees hereunder shall be as follows depending on the use applied for:
