[Adopted 7-2-2001 by L.L. No. 3-2001]
Whenever the Building Inspector or the Chief Fire Inspector or Chief
of Police or an authorized employee of these departments determines that violations
exist, the Building Inspector or Chief Fire Inspector or Chief of Police or
an authorized employee may issue, without further notice, to the person responsible
for such violation, a summons or appearance ticket returnable in the Village
Court for the prosecution of said violation or take such other enforcement
procedures as need be authorized by law.
