Whenever any vehicle is found parked on private property where parking
is not permitted, such vehicle may be removed in accordance with the Connecticut
General Statutes, § 14-145.
In the event that the owner of private property requests the removal
of a vehicle, he shall pay the tow if the vehicle owner fails to so do.

The penalty for parking by trespassing on private property shall be
in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes, § 14-145(c).
