[Adopted as Secs. 18-18 through 18-20 of the 1963 Code]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PUBLIC PROPERTY
Any building which is used as a public gathering place or for the conducting of governmental and the administrative functions of the Town government, highways and parks, and public notices posted in compliance with the laws of the Town.
A. 
No person shall, in public or private, orally, in writing or printed in any manner, permit or advocate, encourage, invite or solicit the unlawful burning of, injury to or destruction of, any public property.
B. 
No person shall cause any unlawful and intentional destruction or injury to any Town equipment within the Town.
Any person who violates this article shall be fined not more than $100.
