No person or persons shall be permitted to be in an intoxicated condition or to act or behave in a loud, boisterous, disorderly or riotous manner upon any of the public streets or highways of said township or any public place or hall or in or about any public school in said township.

It shall be the duty of the Police Force of said township to arrest upon view of any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance and to detain him, her or them in the township lockup pending a hearing.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
