No person shall offer for sale or sell goods, wares, merchandise or
real estate at public auction, or represent or conduct the business of an
auctioneer in the Village of Floral Park without first obtaining a license
as such from the Village Clerk of the village.
Nothing herein contained shall apply to judicial sales by executors,
administrators, by trustees under deeds of assignment, by lienors, by attorneys
at law or by public officers in the manner prescribed by law.

The fee for such licenses shall be $10 per day for each and every place
wherein such sale by auction is held or conducted.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable for and forfeit and pay a penalty as provided in § 32-13 of Chapter 32 hereof. Said violation shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, and any person violating this chapter or any provision thereof shall be and hereby is declared a disorderly person as provided in § 32-1 of Chapter 32 hereof.
