[HISTORY: Adopted Floral Park Village Board 6-2-1959.]
Every village employee, not a member of the New York State Employee's
Retirement System, who is, or shall hereafter attain the age of 70 years,
except appointed and elected officers, shall be retired on the first day of
the calendar month next succeeding the effective date of this local law or
next succeeding the date of such event, as the case may be.
All local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
This local law shall take effect September 1, 1959.
