Subdivision 1 of § 20-2006 of the Village Law, as added thereto by Chapter 892 of the Laws of 1972 and amended by Chapter 974 of the Laws of 1973 and Chapters 1028 and 1029 of the Laws of 1974, as it applies to the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, New York, is hereby amended to read as follows:
   § 20-2006 Violation of ordinances
   1. The Board of Trustees of a village may enforce obedience to its ordinances and local laws adopted prior to September 1, 1974, and to its local laws adopted thereafter as follows:
   a. By prescribing therefor fines for each violation thereof not to exceed $250.
   b. By prescribing therefor that for each violation thereof it shall constitute a violation pursuant to the Penal Law. However, in no case shall the fine imposed exceed $250 for each separate violation, and each day a violation is continued shall constitute a separate violation so as to subject the violator to a fine of up to $250 for each separate violation, provided that a separate summons or appearance ticket is issued and served for each such day.
   c. In all cases, the Board of Trustees may enforce obedience of its ordinances by injunction.
