A.
Between residential premises and any street line,
no fence exceeding seven feet in height shall be placed or maintained
within seven feet of the street line. All such fences exceeding seven
feet in height shall be placed or maintained at least as many feet
from such street line as the height of the fence.
B.
No fence exceeding 15 feet in height shall be placed
or maintained in the City of East Orange.
C.
Barbed wire shall be permitted as a part of fences
adjacent to nonresidential premises.
