The Code of the City of East Orange, adopted
11-10-1980 by Ord. No. 15-1980, as amended and supplemented, was recodified
in 2014. As a result of the 2014 recodification project, the Table
of Contents was, for the most part, unchanged. However, there were
some organizational and numbering changes that were made to the 1980
Code, and those changes are captured in this Derivation Table. In
order to assist Code users in the transition to the new Code's organization,
the Derivation Table indicates where chapters and articles of the
City's 1980 Code have been included in the 2014 Code, or the reason
for exclusion.
