A. 
No person or persons shall remove or cause to be removed and carried, or assist in removing and carrying, through any part of any street or public way in the Town, any house, shop or other building, either in parts or a whole, exceeding 20 feet in height and 15 feet in width, without a written permit from the Selectmen, and under the following restrictions and limitations: that the person or persons having the building removed shall reimburse the Town by a sum of money that shall equal the cost of removing and replacing electric wires and any other expense incurred by the Town in such removal.
B. 
The Selectmen may impose any further conditions, upon issuing such permits, which in their discretion they may deem necessary.
