A.
The functions of the Department of Recreation, Parks and Human Services
shall be the administration and control of Municipal activity pertaining
to recreation programs and park and recreational facility utilization,
maintenance and operation.
B.
The Department of Recreation, Parks and Human Services shall be responsible
for the performance of the following functions:
(1)
The administration, organization and conduct of recreational programs
for all citizens of the Municipality.
(2)
The development of procedures and regulations designed to facilitate
park and other recreational facility utilization.
(3)
The supervision of the park development program.
(4)
The planning of new and expanded recreational opportunities and park
facilities.
The Department of Recreation, Parks and Human Services shall
coordinate with the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board and other
departments under the direction of the Director of Recreation, Parks
and Human Services.
