It shall be unlawful for any person to use tobacco in any form
in any place in the Monroeville Public Library, except in a room or
space set aside for its use.
Signs prohibiting the use of tobacco shall be posted in all
halls, corridors and places open to the public in the Monroeville
Public Library with letters of such size and color as to be clearly
readable.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be
fined, for each offense, a sum not exceeding $600, plus costs of prosecution,
and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, imprisoned for
a period not exceeding 30 days.
