For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions
shall be understood and applied thereto:
Any area of land, with or without buildings, used for or
occupied by the storage, keeping or abandonment of junk, including
scrap metals or other scrap, used or salvaged building materials,
or for the dismantling, demolition or abandonment of automobiles or
other vehicles or machinery or parts thereof. The deposit on a lot
of two or more wrecked or broken-down vehicles or the major parts
thereof for three or more months will be deemed to make the lot a
"junkyard."
The owner, owners or lessee of any junkyard.
