Charges for municipal professionals (Township employees) are established at 200% of their hourly base salaries.
Filing fees are due and payable upon submission of application. Filing fees are not refundable.
Applicant shall reimburse the Township for all reasonable review fees as provided for under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-53.2. Applicants shall make an initial deposit determined as follows:
A. 
For subdivision developments, $100 per proposed lot; minimum $1,000; and
B. 
For site plan developments, $0.50 per square foot of proposed unit(s); minimum $1,000.
C. 
For townhouses, multifamily, condominium units, patio homes, etc: $100/unit (minimum $1,000).

Sewer extension (no Planning Board application required): minimum $1,000.

The applicant shall reimburse the Township for all reasonable inspection fees as provided for under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-53h and i. Applicants shall make a deposit, determined as the greater of $500 or 5% of the final performance guarantee estimate of the cost of improvements. No inspections will be scheduled until initial deposit is made.
Resolution preparation fees are due and payable upon each filing of written request for performance and/or maintenance guarantee acceptance, performance guarantee reduction, and/or performance guarantee release. Resolution preparation fees are not refundable.
