§ 116-1 Adoption of standards by reference.

A current document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Middletown, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., adopted by the State of Delaware, the State Board of Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Examiners be and is hereby the Fuel Gas Code of the Town of Middletown in the State of Delaware, pursuant to the Delaware Code Title 24 Subsection 1806(c) and (d) for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Fuel Gas Code.
