For the purposes of this chapter, the Town of Belvidere is hereby divided into the following zones, differentiated according to use, area and bulk requirements, to be designated as follows:[1]

See § 505-106, Conforming lots in the former R-50 Zone District, for any lot separately existing of record and designated as a separate lot on the Tax Map of the Town of Belvidere as of the date of adoption of Ord. No. 89-3.
B. 
The boundaries of the zoning districts are established on the Zoning Map of the Town of Belvidere, which accompanies and is hereby made a part of this chapter.[2]

(1) 
Ord. No. 2019-07. The boundaries of the zoning districts are established on the zoning map of the Town of Belvidere, which accompanies and is hereby made part of this Ordinance. Said map is amended per Ordinance No. 2019-07 as follows:
(a) 
Block 10, Lot 3.01, currently situated in the LM ( Light Manufacturing) District, shall be removed from that District and be placed in a new district known as the B/ LM Business/Light Manufacturing) District. 2) Block 10, Lot 19, currently situated in the LM (Light Manufacturing) District, shall be removed from that District and be placed in the R-75 (Single -Family Residential) District.
(b) 
Block 10, Lot 19, currently situated in the LM (Light Manufacturing) District, shall be removed from that District and be placed in the R- 75 (Single-Family Residential) District.
(2) 
Ord. No. 2019-11. Adopts Redevelopment Plan for property located at Block 2, Lot 8, Manunkachunk Road and creates the MFATWFH (Multi-Family Age Targeted Work Force Housing District).
(a) 
The entire Redevelopment Area shall be located within the new MFATWFH District, including those areas that are currently situated within the LM (Licensed Manufacturing) District.
