Each and every section of these duties, rules and regulations
shall be deemed separable from each and every other section of these
duties, rules and regulations to the extent that in the event any
duty, rule or regulation shall be finally determined to be in violation
of any law, then in such event, such section or sections, only to
the extent that any may be so in violation shall be deemed of no force
and effect and unenforceable without impairing the validity and enforceability
of the rest of the duties, rules and regulations, including any and
all provisions on the remainder of any section, sentence or paragraph
in which offending language may appear.
These duties, rules, regulations and standard operation procedures
shall be in full force and shall remain in effect, until as it may
from time to time be deemed necessary by management to amend such
duties, rules, regulations and standard operating procedures, for
the purpose of maintaining order, safety and/or the effective operation
of the Department.
