The following rules and regulations shall govern the use and occupancy of Riverside Park, and that same shall be prominently posted on a sign or signs at a suitable location or locations therein.
A. 
Park shall be open to the public from dawn to dusk.
B. 
The use of skateboards, bicycles or any other wheeled vehicles, motorized or self-propelled, is prohibited except for wheelchairs and strollers.
C. 
The use of threatening, abusive, boisterous, insulting, profane or indecent language or gestures is prohibited. The use of noise amplification devices, such as boom boxes is prohibited.
D. 
All pets must be leashed, and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet.
E. 
No person shall leave, throw or place any bottles, broken glass, refuse, rubbish, litter or garbage except in a suitable receptacle designated for that purpose.
F. 
No person shall use or be under the influence of intoxicating beverages or controlled dangerous substances.
G. 
No person shall harass, obstruct, molest, assault or interfere with any person lawfully within the park.
H. 
No person shall deface or vandalize any structure, building, fence, wall or objects in the park.
I. 
No person shall deface, vandalize or remove any plantings within the park.
Any person violating these rules and regulations shall be subject to a fine of up to $500, imprisonment for up to 30 days, or both.
