Within the B/LM District, no building, structure, lot, or land
shall be used for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. All
principal permitted uses permitted in the B (Business) District as
outlined in § 160-58.
B. All
principal permitted uses permitted in the LM (Light Manufacturing)
District as outlined in § 160- 75.

Within any B/LM District, the following accessory uses shall
be permitted:
A. All
accessory uses permitted in the B (Business) District as outlined
in § 160-59.
B. All
accessory uses permitted in the LM ( Light Manufacturing) District
as outlined in § 160-76.

Within any B/LM District, the following conditional uses are
permitted subject to approval by the Belvidere Planning Board:
A. Conditional
uses permitted in the B ( Business) District as outlined in § 160-61.
B. Conditional
uses permitted in the LM ( Light Manufacturing) District as outlined
in § 160-78.

Within any B/LM District, no building or structure shall be
erected on land area utilized unless in conformity with the lot and
yard requirements for the LM (Light Manufacturing) District outlined
in § 160-77.

Multiple principal buildings are permitted on sites within the
B/LM District.
