A.
No person shall occupy, utilize, remain in or otherwise
trespass upon certain City property known as the "Gazebo" located
at the intersection of Park Street and North Division Street in the
City of Peekskill between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. every
day unless a City permit for a specific function is issued.
